This a gorgeous newly tinned antique E. Dehillerin French copper stock pot bearing the Rue Coquillière linear stamp.It has a beautiful hand-dovetailed construction and original bronze side handles.
The included copper lid is a period French lid that fits well but is not original to the pot.
The pot has developed the honest character expected of an antique piece.
It shows age-related scratches, a few small dimples, and light cosmetic wear, all consistent with normal use and age. The dimples are cosmetic only and do not penetrate the copper. Lots of antique characters in this pot which adds to its beauty.
