Depicting a grand, romantic Southern belle or Victorian court lady frozen in a graceful stance, she is dressed in an elaborate, multi-tiered pink ruffled crinoline gown decorated with delicate hand-painted rose garlands along the folds, complementarily accented by a small handheld fan in one hand and a matching floral spray held near her face. Crafted with fine glazed pottery construction, soft porcelain-style enameling, and intricate dimensional molding throughout her hairpiece and layered skirt, the underside preserves authentic manufacturer markings including the stamped script title "Quadrille by P.
