Antique Pittsburgh Lamp, Brass & Glass Co. scenic table lamp, marked PLB&G Co 1808 on the underside of the cast metal base.
Features a large hand-painted scenic glass dome depicting a wooded landscape with tall trees, water and distant scenery. Pittsburgh lamps of this period are known for their painted glass shades,
This does NOT appear to be reverse painted
The lamp dates to the early 20th century, circa 1910–1925, and has an ornate cast metal Arts & Crafts/Art Nouveau style base with two original-style pull-chain sockets. The lamp has been tested and is working.
Very nice overall vintage/antique condition. Shade shows age-appropriate wear to the painted finish. There is some minor chipping around the inner ring
There is a small hair line possibly a crack possibly an Inclusion
