ANTIQUE PUTZ CHRISTMAS RAM SHEEP
Adorable antique Christmas Putz ram sheep decoration measuring about 2-1/2\" long and 3\" tall. Featuring delicate wood stick legs painted cream with dainty black hooves, this little cutie wears a felted wool coat in a rich cream tone -- pinky red bentwood collar is marked GERMANY. Composition head and ears with hand painted eyes, a long snout and red nostrils and mouth - complete with the original embossed brass horns.
Condition is lovely - ram stands securely with no wobble. No chips to the ears or nose - no holes, tears, fraying or damage to the coat which tightly wraps the body with no lifting - coat reflects some tanning and spotting from age as shown - does not detract a bit. Just a wonderful antique putz ram stick leg sheep - lovely addition to any holiday collection or Christmas display! As shown with some of my other putz sheep listed separately. This listing is for the cream tone ram only - sorry feather tree is a prop and not included.
