In my searching for info about the wrench I found 2 that had been sold and it was Dec 2017 & Dec 2012. The Wrench was patented by Darius Wilcox number 87531. Its intended use was to use with a brace to tighten small nuts on buggy, carriage wheels. The bracwe bit turns easily. It was manufactured by Wiley & Russell Mfg. Co.
The Wrench is 6" high. The base is 2 3/4" x 1 1/2".
