Large antique Ramapo Iron Works railroad switch stand with operating lever mechanism and target assembly.
This is a substantial piece of early railroad hardware displaying excellent original industrial character. The stand shows decades of outdoor exposure, surface rust, oxidation, old paint remnants, and general wear consistent with its age and intended railroad use.
The mechanism is operational, and the target assembly moves when the switch mechanism is operated. Please review the photos/video carefully for the exact mechanical operation and overall condition.
