I\'m no expert, but based on the stamping on one end this is a Sandusky Tool Co. 51. The other end is stamped T.B. RAYL & Co. Detroit 1/2.
I didn\'t even try to remove the blade but it looks to be in good shape.
Looks like it could go right to work or make a cool display piece.
