Late 1800s Faternal Watch Fob
Beautiful piece of secret society history. An antique Knights of Pythias fraternal watch fob pendant. Dating from the late 1800s to the early 1900s, this ornate Victorian-era piece features exceptional symbolic craftsmanship on both sides.
Design Features:
Front Side: An intricate gold-filled relief of a Knight on Horseback holding a banner, set against a rich carnelian stone backdrop. The frame is crowned with a highly detailed, open-visor knight's helmet.
Reverse Side: Features a gold-filled open "Holy Bible" with a crossed sword overlaid across the pages, set into a clean carnelian stone insert.Accents: Beautifully engraved corners and scrollwork typical of late 19th-century fraternal jewelry.

Condition: This is an authentic antique item showing wonderful character and historical patina. Please note there is a distinct hairline crack running across the carnelian stone on the front side (the knight side). Despite the fracture, the stone is stable, completely intact, and held firmly inside its original gold-filled bezel setting. The gold fill on the back is beautiful.
It measures out to 2.75” high by 1” wide.
