Antique Viking Revival Double Inkwell - Cast Bronze Norse Dragon Knotwork #2348 For Sale

This double inkwell is approximately 10' wide x 8" deep and features a Norse design popular in the late 1800's into the beginning of the 20th century. I believe this is bronze, not brass. ERENET Catalog #2348 According to what I can find on-line, this was made in France in Scandinavian style.

During the late 1800s and early 1900s, French art-bronze foundries were the absolute global leaders in manufacturing luxury desk sets and decor.

The glass inserts are intact, clean and there are no chips or cracks. I have not polished or cleaned this inkwell whatsoever.
