Lovely antique plate made by Z.S. & Co of Bavaria, likely in the early 1900s. This 8.75'" cabinet plate features a hand painted quail and a gently scalloped rim. Some condition issues - please see pictures and below.
CONDITION: FAIR to GOOD
(Poor-->Fair-->Good-->Very Good-->Excellent-->Mint):
Chip on bottom edge of plate. Some spots of color loss - see pictures. Gold around the rim has mostly worn away.
MEASUREMENTS: 8.75" diameter
WEIGHT (w/o packaging): 13.2 oz
I aim to please, and describe every item to the best of my ability. But please note that my vintage items often received frequent use back in their day, so may show visible signs of wear and age. Personally, I wouldn't have it any other way, as I treasure those marks of the past.
