This is an antique ceramic or porcelain spirit barrel dispenser labeled \"BRANDY\" in gold lettering made by Twyford Hanley in England in 1877. The final 3 photos explain the stamping and further describe the piece. Comes with the original spicket, though does not have a lid. No cracks or chips visible.
