Apache Beaded Leather Bag c. 1920s on a metal frame 2 sided For Sale

My late husband collected many Native American art objects. This purse was his first piece of beadwork. He was especially attracted to Apache things at first as his first exposure to southwestern art was at Ruidoso. This beaded purse was purchased at a Central Illinois estate sale about 40 years ago. He treasured it. It was framed and hung in a darkened hallway most of the time. Mounted in an Anglo silver colored magnetic metal frame, it is buckskin with a different design on each side. The purse itself is 7.25" x 6". The fringe adds 6". There is one line of beads missing near one corner and 2 strands of missing fringe. Wherever it lands, I'm sure my husband will enjoy visiting these beauties around the country.
