There is some visible discoloration to the base, but all the areas are smooth and I either received it like this or they appeared over time.It is numbered 287 of 5000.
All metal contact points in the battery case are clean and shiny.
Power cable is included, if you use batteries 3 AAA batteries are required and are not included.

Barnegat Lighthouse (affectionately known as \"Old Barney\") is located on the northern tip of Long Beach Island, New Jersey.
First illuminated in 1859, the 172-foot tower guided mariners through the notoriously dangerous Barnegat Inlet.
It was later used as a WWII lookout and is now the centerpiece of a State Park.
