Book is complete. The conservation work, performed by me, involved reinforcing spine and is nearly invisible. I use only professional-quality materials and methods, such as leaf-casting and Japanese paper. This is NOT a restoration -- no color-touch or other cosmetic enhancements -- and work was limited to what was necessary to preserve the integrity of this historically important book (see pics) NOTE: Obviously, this is not a guarantee of a certain grade or label if you were to submit it CGC or CBCS, which are known to be inconsistent in their assigning of "conserved" versus "restored" labels.

GRADING: I follow Overstreet grading criteria and try to err on the side of a lower assessment. The multiple photos with each listing are generally adequate to understanding a book's condition, so there should be no surprises.
