This is a Bing and Grondahl fine porcelain Trout, No. 2169. Made in Denmark probably prior to 1947 and before B&G was taken over by Royal Copenhagen in 1987. The painting of the trout's spotted skin and fins is covered with a glossy glaze. The trout is shaped as if moving through water. It is marked on the bottom. See photos. 6.5" wide X 2" high.
