Comics On Parade #18 united features syndicate 1939 Golden Age strip heroes. Pre-World War II era books like this are basically impossible to find as they were printed during the Great Depression so not many people had money and they survived all of the paper drives from the war! Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage writing on the front flaking around the corners and edges browning from age mildew spotting a musty smell and other defects. I would call it around a 0.75 fr/pr out of 10 condition but it seems to be complete and readable. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
