Size- 12.3 x 10 x 8.8 centimeters Weight- 38.7 ounces Here is another unique specimen from Michigans Keweenaw Peninsula. this specimen is datolite with a very small amount of epidote on a rich copper ore matrix. What makes this so unique is the beautiful and well formed datolite crystals which are fairly rare compared to datolite nodules that you see normally cut and polished. This specimen has white/grayish translucent wedge shaped crystals as well as the small pink crystals you also see. (At least I\'m pretty sure the pink crystals you see here are datolite although I\'m not 100% positive) all the datolite sits on top of a very rich copper ore matrix. This is a unique and fairly rare specimen.
