Up for sale is an authentic, Italian-made Delta Dolce Vita Medium fountain pen, manufactured between 2004 and 2012 prior to Delta's original factory closure. This collector-favorite features Delta’s signature hand-turned terracotta orange marbled resin paired with a sleek, chrome-plated metal grip section.
* Premium Nib: Outfitted with an original, rhodium-plated solid 14K gold nib (585) in, we think, Medium (M) point. The point size is not marked. Seems visually to be Medium, but AI says it could be M or F.. I do not recall which it was as I received this as gift 20 years ago.
* Accent Band: Solid .925 sterling silver featuring a deeply embossed Pompeian relief motif and official Italian silversmith hallmarks.
* Condition: Fine pre-owned condition. The glossy resin body shows minor micro-scratching from light handling. No cracks or deep flaws. Hardware is bright; the silver band features a rich, beautiful vintage patina that highlights the relief work.Please Note: The black section collar ring right below the metal nib is degraded on the edging and shows chipping. Sold strictly AS-IS. The 14K gold nib itself remains intact and in great shape.* Box Condition: Included is the original Delta black factory presentation case. The box is structurally sound, snaps closed securely, and the interior lining is clean, perfectly preserving the pen for display or storage.
