I have owned this beautiful level for many years with a partial paper label that was torn from storage and handling. I meticulously removed the original and replaced with a new label exactly where the old label was positioned. The level was refinished using a top coat of clear lacquer and gently waxed for protection. The original stain is in great condition with a few handling marks. The brass retains its natural patina. Please look closely at the pictures and make sure this is the item you want before purchasing.
