Original 1940 National Biscuit Shredded Wheat with Strawberries, measuring a huge 48 inches by 28 inches. This sign was meant for the side of delivery trucks or grocery store window displays. Bright graphics show a classic breakfast table scene with cereal, milk, and fresh strawberries, along with the slogan "Double Your Breakfast Enjoyment."

The piece is printed Litho in U.S.A., and remains in very good condition for its age with only light edge wear, faint smudge marks at bottom left, small light crease at top right corner, very short tear in original paper at bottom left. Mounted on sturdy cardboard with strong color and excellent presentation—perfect for kitchens, diners, cereal collectors, or mid-century advertising displays.

Shredded Wheat was one of National Biscuit Company's (later Nabisco) longest-running brands, heavily promoted through bold kitchen imagery during the 1940s - 1950s.
