For sale is a metal souvenir building replica of the Edificio Italia in Sao Paolo, Brazil.

It dates to the 1970s and is made of aluminum and while it comes up every so often, this one is the only one I've seen in more than 20 years of collecting souvenir buildings that has a pale gold or "champagne" finish -- or in keeping with the theme of the building -- a prosecco (!) finish.
The others I've seen all have a silver finish.
With its base it measures 6" and is in excellent condition, with its original brown felt protective pad underneath.
There is a restaurant on the top of the building -- "Terraço RestaurantE."
These souvenir buildings were given to prominent donors, patrons, clients, etc. and are inscribed to them on the black base.
This one is similarly inscribed, identifying it as a gift to a Dr. Belarmino Antonio Ferraci.
As mentioned, this is a rare vintage color or finish variation that is the only one I've ever encountered.
