Elegant Hand-crafted 19th Century Copper and cast Brass Tea Urn
Featuring aa classical baluster form body rising from a shaped square base which rests upon four paw feet terminals supports and top decorated with a band of cast decoration, two scroll brass handles for carrying, each with revolving polished hard wood grips .
The brass spigot has a swept brass tap handle with small polished hard wood grip, the lift-out interior with conforming urn finials. Designed for use on a sideboard or side-table in the dining-room or parlour for making and taking tea.
In Good original condition , signs of use including minor dents and polishing residue throughout , missing its zinc heater and has a visible repair to the spout .
