Erie (Pre-Griswold) - #2 Scotch Bowl For Sale

Presenting this Erie (Pre-Griswold) - #2 Scotch Bowl. This is a very nice Scotch Bowl. The cooking surface is very smooth with only a small bit of "texture" on the bottom and a few utensil scratches. On the underside, there is some sulfur pitting, but overall the logo is clear. The bowl sits nice and flat and is free of cracks.

This Scotch Bowl is ready for cooking but will continue to develop its non-stick surface over time with regular use. Cooking spray, butter, oil, fats, should be used to help prevent items from sticking and will also help with the continued seasoning process.
