For sale is this set of 8 vintage Fostoria Ice Dishes. These are made from cobalt blue glass and then fire polished to remove any mold marks. Fostoria gave this color the name Regal Blue and is was only made for a short time. These were designed to keep temperature sensitive foods cold during the meal. Crushed ice would be placed in the base and then the food would be placed in a glass insert to be kept cool. These would be an amazing addition to your Fostoria collection or to use at your next dinner party.
