Store policy:
I package orders every Sunday night and ship every Monday morning, if you miss the cutoff I will ship your order next week. LAG within reason, combined shipping if you buy multiple species at once at no extra charge to you. If for any reason you change your mind, refund requests will be accepted at any point before Sunday, if it's packed, it gets shipped, sorry, no exceptions, Every creature I sell is captive bred and guaranteed to be in good health. Interstate shipping: certain states have restrictions on importing exotic insects. Mainly Florida, though certain states also restrict gastropods and possibly other things I don't know about. It is on you to know your local and state laws regarding the exotic insects you are purchasing. If I catch that I'm shipping something to a state that I'm not supposed to I will cancel the order, refund you, and let you know why I canceled. Repeated violations may result in being banned from using my services. Sorry for being strict but I could be held liable if I violate any laws regarding interstate shipping. Thank you for your attention on this matter.

DOA policy: In the event that your insects arrive deceased, you must send me a picture that clearly shows ALL of the dead insects within a timely manner. If you can't show me the dead bodies I will not refund you, if you let them sit outside for 3 or 4 hours in the heat/cold I will not refund you. If you send me a picture where I can clearly see every dead insect within a reasonable timeframe (generally within an hour or 2 of delivery) I will gladly offer you either a full refund (including shipping), a free replacement(I pay shipping), or I will allow you to purchase another species of mine for a reasonable discount and include your order, but you will pay shipping on that order.
Please note, it is rare that insects arrive DOA, but it does happen from time to time.
