This is a genuine piece of flown Apollo 13 Kapton mylar foil from the Command Module Odyssey. It was given to NASA employee , Bill Whipkey in 1970 and is documented on the certificate. The certificate is 8 1/4 x 5 1/4\". The piece of kapton foil afffixed to the certificate and covered with a round clear plastic adhesive circle is approximately 1/8 x 1/8\". Each fragment will be slightly different.
