Harder to find fully marked smooth surface Vollrath with outside heat ring, very good condition for vintage possibly 100+ years old.
It sits completely flat with no spin, no cracks or chips. The surface is smooth although it has utensil marks, as shown, as would be expected since it's from the 1920s to 1930s.
Marked Vollraths were produced mostly in the 1920s and 1930's, while the unmarked ones are mostly from the 1950s to 1960's.This beautiful old-timer has been lovingly restored and lightly seasoned with high smoke point avocado oil.
