This item is new in box, never has been used and is in excellent condition.I opened it to test the music, lights and rotating Display. There are three lights in the shop, two came on when I added batteries to the unit, one did not. The music and rotating display unit worked fine. The song played is \"we wish you a Merry Christmas\" and while it plays the Center display of treats rotates around. The Lights come on when you switch it on. Batteries are not included. The ones that were in the package with the unit were old and had to be tossed. As they were never in the unit it is fine.
