Every Grease Monkey hood ornament begins as an original digital sculpture created by Big B Customs. Once the design is perfected, a high-resolution master is professionally 3D printed and carefully hand-finished to create a smooth casting surface.
The master is then sent to my contracted foundry, where a precision casting mold is produced. Each ornament is cast in solid molten pewter, cleaned, detailed, and polished through multiple finishing stages to achieve a premium automotive-quality finish.
These are handcrafted works of automotive art—not mass-produced imports.
