This custom leather sheath is designed specifically for Victorinox Swiss Champ XAVT and Victorinox XXL (91 mm) knives.
The dimensions of the Swiss Champ XAVT are used as the size reference, as this model has greater thickness. Because of this, the sheath also fits Victorinox XXL (91 mm).
Materials & Craftsmanship
The sheath is made from premium vegetable-tanned leather with a thickness of 2.0–2.5 mm. This provides a strong structure, secure retention, and long-term durability for everyday use.
Each piece is:
• hand cut
• hand molded for precise fit
• hand dyed
• hand stitched with durable thread
• edges fully burnished and finished by hand
The leather is carefully shaped to hold the knife securely while allowing comfortable access. Over time, the leather develops a natural patina, giving the sheath more character.
