Golden Press made a timid attempt at importing the immensely popular adventures of Tintin in the US.However, only 7 titles made it to the press : Destination Moon, Explorers on the Moon, King Ottokar\'s Scepter The Crab With The Golden Claws, The Secret of the Unicorn, and Red Rackham\'s Treaure.
The attempt failed as the books were priced too high, had a very fragile spine and just did not register with American children.Hardcover 1959 Tintin book in English. 1st US Edition from Golden Press. Translated by Danièle Gorlin. Book is in Good condition with minor flaws. Binding is secure. Inside pages appear flawless.
