Up for sale is a beautiful, vintage clear glass replacement chimney for traditional oil or kerosene lamps. This highly collectible piece features an elegant, frosted stencil design that reads Home Sweet Home wrapped in decorative scrollwork. It is finished with a fancy fluted top and a decorative beaded rim, often called a pearl top edge, which adds a wonderful nostalgic charm to any vintage lamp setup.
These chimneys were manufactured at a historic glassmaking facility in Indiana, United States. As was standard practice for utility glassware and replacement hardware components from this region during the mid-to-late twentieth century, these pieces were left entirely unmarked by the manufacturer. They feature excellent clarity, heavy vintage weight, and superb heat resistance.
