Four Wellington Napkin Bands (rings) from International Silver Co located in Meriden, Connecticut. They went out of business in 1981. The rings are silverplate over something else that is extremely heavy. The four rings a whole pound just by themselves. Two out of the four rings are still in their original unopened plastic. They are quite tarnished and could use a cleaning. The diameter is 2 inches.
