Binder has heavy discoloration, surface scratches, dings, and marks from age and storage. There is also heavier discoloration and marks to the sheet protectors, particularly along the bottom edge of pages. The metal of the binder has tarnish and discoloration as well. Pages may have age wear, turned corners, or creasing from handling. There is writing along the outer binding of the binder. In addition, the sheet protectors have scratches, tears, and marks.
