After the company stopped producing pocket knives in-house, the classic patterns (including this large trapper) continued to be made under contract in Solingen — most often by Boker — to the same traditional standards of fit and finish.The HK 17-T is the full-size trapper in the round-shield series, featuring a master clip-point blade and a long spey blade, polished nickel-silver bolsters, and the distinctive high-polish translucent tortoise-shell celluloid scales.
