This high school yearbook pictures writer, Ken Kesey as aSenior. This bookshowcases this truly unique generational authorand personality! He is pictured 13 times; running the gamut from MostTalented, to Debate, to Student Council, to Drama, to being recognizedby his fellow students and being elected to several formal dancecourts, appearing in the student play and one acts, and then, at thesame time, being on the Varsity Football team and finally as a top-tier wrestler, finishing 3rd in the State Wrestling tournement for that year. We have picked 4 of the best photos, although most of theothers portray him clearly and meaningfully. (please note that thepaper for the yearbook is slightly textured, which was a very popularthing in those days, sort of like a parchment look, but it makesscanning these to show them as nicely as they appear in the book verydifficult!) This is a GREAT book and to top it off this one is in Excellent overall condition. The cover corners and top and bottom of the spine show shelf-wear . The inside has no writings/inscriptions of note andthere are NO defects of note with just modest use. This is probably in the top 10-20% of all surviving copies.
