The lead holder has a natural wood body of premium American Cedar with its rich warm wood finish. The barrel diameter is slightly larger than a regular pencil to accommodate for adult hands. Its light weight and excellent balance make it easy to use for long periods without fatigue. The well-engineered clutch will hold the 2mm lead securely in place without slipping,no matter how much pressure is put on the lead. Located on is a simple mushroom shaped knock button to release and return the lead back into the holder. The high-quality,Japan-made #1 B black lead is crafted uniformly mixing pure graphite and clay,to achieve the ultimate resilience to breaking and the smoothness.
