LEROY NOVELTY CO. North Wales PA - Antique Wooden House
I’m guessing this wooden house dates to around 1940. It was made by the Leroy Novelty Company in North Wales Pennsylvania (outside of Philadelphia.)
House is pre-owned but in good condition for its age. Only flaw is a small area of misplaced paint (?) on its roof (see photos.) Overall paint is good condition.
Measures 6” long by 3-/12” wide by almost 5” high at the top of the chimney.
