Up for sale is a beautiful, highly preserved vintage 4-pack of mid-century Lanissa glass Christmas ornaments, handcrafted in West Germany.
Design: Exquisite \"Sunset\" red-to-gold gradient lacquer finish. Features rare dual-color mica work: two bulbs with crisp silver mica shooting starbursts and two bulbs with unique black mica atomic zig-zag stripes.
Caps: Original archival plastic caps stamped \"West Germany\" and \"D.G.M.a 1\"
Box: Includes the rare, early-run \"Patent Applied For\" box featuring classic European alpine village illustrations. The original cellophane window is still fully intact and holding strong.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Glass retains a brilliant luster with zero clouding, and the delicate mica remains incredibly sharp with minimal flaking. There is a notable flake on one of the ornaments, and some light age cracks in the sunset finish. Please see photos for exact condition details.
