Tweety from Lenox, hand-painted fine china with 24 karat gold accents. The Looney Tunes canary stands on a stepped octagonal base with his oversized feet and tail finished in solid burnished gold against the ivory-colored body, the three head feathers picked out in fine gold line. Approximately 3 inches tall. This is from the Lenox Warner Bros. line rather than the Disney Showcase Collection, and the amount of gold on so small a piece is what distinguishes it from the resin Tweety figures of the same era. The base is marked Tweety, shown in the final photo.
