Absolutely Stunning. 49.53g Old Stock Montana Moss Agate~but beautifully BANDEDDD! A very well cut slab, sliced on both sides. This puppy could yield many cabs, slabs or one giant polished slab a dab a doo! 😁 I’d love to see it in the end after you fully polish it up!
🧡Passed down to me in a sort of inheritance situation from my neighbor when I had my old Crystal Shop storefront/Art Gallery; Over time, the night watch man at the Linus Pauling Research Center (Portland, OR) became fond of me and some of the crowd he met coming into my store while he was out smoking his cigarettes, and eventually he and I became neighborly friends. 😢When he passed away, to my honor and surprise, the Old Stock & Very High End Lapidary collection & projects & tools were offered and passed down to me. 🧡I am seriously FOREVER HONORED and blessed to have shared a block with the home of such a legend and community 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 He is the only person in WORLD HISTORY to receive two unshared Nobel Peace Prizes. THAT’S NUTS! He got the world to stop “testing” nuclear bombs!! ♥️His work and research has fostered SO much further research and understanding in the world,
including Linda Sheely who-sponsored by the Linus Pauling Foundation, deciphered the Mayan Hieroglyphic Language helping give back the ability to read their own language and ancient sacred sites~ which was only lost, INTENTIONALLY STOLEN from them by Religious and Colonial white man’s Conquest to erase their Ancient & Advanced understanding of the world and the cosmos.
🙏🏼I will always remember (& try to find the numbers of) the whole crew of OG hippie “Pagan Scientists” that came into my shop from next door on the summer and winter solstices and just vibed out for a good chunk of evening! They and that community forever changed my life for the better, and I am so so grateful for the inheritance mister Linus Pauling sir~
