The Complete Little Orphan Annie Volume 12: It’s Only a Paper Moon collects Harold Gray’s classic Little Orphan Annie newspaper strips from April 15, 1945 through January 11, 1947, including both daily strips and full-color Sunday pages.
This hardcover volume includes more than 600 sequential comic strips from the immediate post-World War II period, featuring Annie, Sandy, Daddy Warbucks, and other memorable characters. Storylines include Annie facing a murder trial, the return of Daddy Warbucks, and Annie’s adventures in Smoky Hollow. The volume was edited and designed by Dean Mullaney and includes a biographical essay by Jeet Heer.

Pre-owned hardcover in good overall collectible condition. Interior pages appear clean, bright, and well preserved with strong color reproduction. Binding appears sound.
Dust jacket shows noticeable shelf/edge wear, including wear and small tears/chipping at corners and along the lower edges, particularly visible at the spine ends and rear lower edge. There is additional light rubbing/handling wear. Hardcover beneath appears substantially better preserved. Please review all photos closely, as they show the actual copy and are part of the condition description.
