Offering this 100% genuine signature of Lt. Bethel V. Otter, USN (1914-1942 KIA). Otter served as the gunnery officer aboard the USS Canopus assigned to the Philippines. He was KIA by a machine gun burst as he charged the emplacement during the Battle of Corregidor. He was awarded a posthumous Navy Cross, Silver Star, and Purple Heart.
