5. Airworthiness is ONLY determined bythe FAAapprovedmechanic or FAA certified repair station.
6. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of an item paid to us.
7. We will accept returns of all items within 30 days (buyer responsible for shipping charges). Item must be received in the same condition it was sent to us in the original sealed packaging.
8. All items with free shipping will be shipped USPS first class, some items may not be eligibleto be tracked. If you would like your items shipped another method we can do that at your expense.
