Important Policy Update: As per the official MSC Voyagers Club terms and conditions updated on November 7, 2024, the membership expiration policy has been extended. You now only need to complete one MSC cruise every 5 years (previously 3 years) to keep your points and Diamond status active.
How to Complete Your Order:
To ensure a smooth and timely upgrade, please verify that your shipping address and contact number on file are up to date.
Immediately after placing your order, please send a message with the following details:
Have you completed a status match with MSC before? (Yes/No)
Full Name (exactly as it appears on your MSC Voyagers Club account or ID)
Email Address (the one associated with your MSC account)
Mailing Address (if different from the shipping address on your order)
Phone Number
MSC Voyagers Club Account Number (if you already have one; if not, there is no need to create one beforehand)

What Happens Next?
Once your information is received, your upgrade will be submitted. First-time matches are typically completed within 1 to 3 business days (often within 48 hours). Second-time matches are more complex and require 10 to 14 days. You will not receive a physical item in the mail; instead, MSC will email you directly once your Diamond status has been successfully applied to your account.
