Madame Hendren 1920\'s Dolly Rekord phonograph doll uses cylinders to play her records. She comes with 6 record cylinders. They are: Old Mother Hubbard, Little Boy Blue, Now I Lay Me, One Two Buckle My Shoe, London Bridge and Rock A Bye Baby. Some work better than others. I\'m sure they need cleaning.
She has been lightly restored i.e. painted to refresh her appearance and her cracks have been sealed. Her fabric body is clean. The name/number stamp on the fabric is not there. There is no name on her neck but she is an Averil/Madame Hendren doll. The phonograph was removed and worked on by a professional. It works but does have a normal scratchy sound. She plays best laying on her stomach or sitting bent over to access her wind up cylinder player.
Her clothes are replacements. She has a blond glued on human hair wig. She weighs about 5lbs and is 27\" long and chubby therefore with extra packing for safety shipping is crazy high.
Dolly is a very unique doll and I\'m sure you will enjoy her.
