This has been in my family for generations! Belonged to my grandfather. Lovingly cared for. I am not an expert at seasoning pans, but I did carefully wash with warm water, soap, and a soft sponge, carefully drying immediately with a soft cloth.
Sits flatly on surface. No cracks, chips, or dents. A wonderful piece!
