All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Japan by tracked airmail. Shipping charges are automatically calculated in your cart based on the destination and the items in your order.
United States
Shipments to the United States are sent using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. Applicable import duties, tariffs, and customs-related charges are prepaid, so no additional import charges are due when your order arrives.
European Union
Shipments to EU member countries are sent by SpeedPAK, a tracked airmail service, using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping.
EU shipping includes a fixed base charge of US$25.95 per order, plus additional weight-based shipping charges depending on the items added to your cart. When multiple items are purchased together, the US$25.95 base charge is applied only once.
Import duties and customs-related charges are prepaid under DDP. You do not need to pay additional import duties or customs charges when your order arrives.
Other Countries
Shipping rates vary by destination. The applicable shipping charge will be shown automatically in your cart. Orders are sent by tracked airmail using Japan Post or SpeedPAK depending on the destination. Unless DDP is specifically indicated, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local customs charges are the buyer\'s responsibility.
DDP covers the normal import duties and customs-related processing or handling charges included with the shipping service. It does not necessarily cover exceptional carrier charges that may result from circumstances such as storage, redelivery, or address correction.
