If you are a collector of Monon Valley Football memorabilia or a Charleroi Elks Club member, I\'m surmising this is a very Hard-to-Find collectible.
The Program, which measures approx. 5\" x 8 1/4\",is in about Nice, not perfect, Condition. The cover, which has retained nice color, and the internal pages - (a four-page folded insert), which are cream-colored, are attached. The program does not sit flat. The front and back cover corners have some wear and rounding; the front cover top left-hand corner has a slight bend, the spine has a few stress creases - the biggest approx. 1/2\"at the bottom left-hand edge above \"Charleroi\"; the first inside page has a few stress creases - the biggest approx. 1/2\" near \"Tom\"; the centerfold top staple bottom prong was not fully manufactured to pierce through the paper; the back cover top left-hand edge has two creases - the outermost one is approx. 2\", the innermost one approx. 1\", there is an approx. 1\" crease and 1/8\" x 1/8\" stain near the bottom edge, the bottom left-hand corner has an approx. 1/8\" crease, the bottom center edge has an approx. 3\" crease, the bottom right-hand corner has two approx. 1/2\" creases (I included a picture with different lighting so the crease would be more visible).
