Thisgorgeous pen is the converter/cartridge version (Alter Ego, introduced in 2006) of Sipulas' flagship Etruria (a piston-filler). Using the same amber cellulose acetate (celluloid) with it is iconic brown/orange color and blackveins, it is a sight to behold. This pen is New Old Stock (NOS) because, although this model was phased out in the 2010's, this particular pen is new and unused.It sports Stipula's T-Flex titanium nib (looks like a fine) which is very smooth and flexible.It is a large pen, about the size of a Pelikan 800 and measures 5.5 inches long closed. The pen features sterling silver clip and band, which are engraved to resemble reeds, which the Romans used as pens (thus the "stipula"). Comes inoriginal box.
